Powered by solar panels, this lightweight machine is designed to do seeding and weeding. The objective is to reduce the costs for the farmer, while at the same time CO2 is taken into account.

Crops for the FD20

The list of crops that FD20 can plant and weed is expanding all the time. The current agriculture crops where the Farmdroid FD20 robot can take care of are:

FarmDroid in a nutshell 

FarmDroid sold and delivered its first agriculure robots in 2019. In 2020 the FD20 robots did take care the corp on farms in many European countries.

    The company FarmDroid was formed by two brothers who grew up on a farm in Denmark. One of the investors is robot inventor Esben Østergaard. He invented the world’s first cobot (collaborative robot) for the manufacturing industry and currently runs REinvest Robotics, which invests solely in robots that can make the world a better place.
